Careful, quick, and polite

I liked how easy the whole move was from start to finish. The guys were careful, quick, and polite throughout the process. They made sure nothing was scratched or damaged during the move. Delivery took longer than planned, which is why I gave 4 stars. Still, I’d recommend them without hesitation.

From the friendliest office staff to the STRONGEST MOVERS, Reloswiss Company shuttled my belongings across the country with flying colors. Every interaction was punctuated by smiles and courtesy. Not a single item was scratched or broken in transit. I give them my highest commendation for being so gentle and diligent. Moving is never fun, but Reloswiss Company knew how to make it as smooth as possible.

Extremely Risky Moving Company – Reloswiss Abandons You When It Matter

I hired Reloswiss for an international move from Geneva to Cairo, paying nearly CHF 7,000 for what was supposed to be a “door-to-door” service. What I got instead was chaos, stress, and total abandonment upon arrival.

Once the shipment reached Egypt, Reloswiss’s local partner (Four Winds) failed to do anything they were supposed to:

• They did not process customs clearance.

• They did not organize delivery.

• They provided zero support on the ground.

I had to personally intervene and manage everything myself:

• I paid the customs duties in person (EGP 17,444.32) after being falsely told I had to deposit EGP 120,000 upfront — a dishonest and inflated figure.

• I incurred EGP 19,407.42 in airport storage fees because no one informed me of the urgency to retrieve my shipment.

• I paid EGP 4,000 for an emergency truck and laborers to deliver and unload my belongings.

Despite six emails sent to Reloswiss during the crisis, they ignored me. Now, instead of taking any responsibility, they claim it’s “your word against theirs.” They refuse to refund a single franc, even though their Cairo partner delivered zero service.

To make matters worse:

• My name was pretended to be written incorrectly on all shipment documents, which in Egypt is a well-known tactic used to fabricate problems and delay releases unless bribes are paid. It’s a trick.

• I solved the situation myself, but this error could have caused serious legal complications.

Now Reloswiss hides behind legal threats and vague claims about “trusting their partner,” while refusing to acknowledge any of the documents or proof I provided.

• Stress, delays, and wasted time dealing with problems you paid them to handle

They take your money upfront — and then blame you if their partner doesn’t do the job.

Reloswiss is not a reliable moving company.

They are not client-oriented, not transparent, and not trustworthy in crisis situations.

Avoid them unless you’re ready to be completely on your own once your shipment leaves Switzerland. And at the end paying the double because you have to manage everything alone and pay.

Nice work

My stuff was heavy, especially things like the bed and wardrobe from my bedroom, and my television. I was really excited about moving to a new place. Someone told me about 3 companies that could help with moving, and after looking at their reviews online, I thought this company seemed the best. When I asked someone else about this company, they said I should just go ahead and hire them without any worries. So, I decided to do that. They were amazing. Nice work.

Great Company

I have the highest regard for Reloswiss Company and am grateful for their kind and competent assistance with my recent move. Moving after 40 years was a scary endeavor for me, but with the aid of these amazing boys, Mr John, who were so kind and pleasant, the process seemed so much easier. Kudos to crew for their heroic assistance. Really, do yourself a great favor and hire Reloswiss company, they are the best. Especially, if you are relocating a parent or someone else who needs extra help. Since everyone seems like family now, I'm considering inviting everyone to my sister's birthday celebration.

"Too late both times, so not/barely finished in the end. Second time various defects during acceptance. Damage to the floor and bathroom fittings. The first time traveling from Lucerne to Bern, strange logistics. Thanks but not again!"
